Founded around 2012 as a two piece, with Brad Barnes on guitar and vocals, and Thomas Collard on drums, the chemistry was apparent early on. One year later, Joe Barnes (of Unmothered) was added on bass and vocals, and then Cesare began to take shape. Taking influence from bands like Neurosis, Thou, and Yob, Cesare play an introspective and atmospheric brand of slow, heavy metal.
